DARTBALL
The Lyster Dart ball teams started in about 1946. At that time, Lyster had three teams. Currently, they have one team. They were originally with the Mondovi League, then with the Tri-County League, and now back with the Mondovi League. They play from September to March and finish with an exciting tournament. Following the round robin tournament, there is a banquet where the trophies are awarded. The organization has contributed much to the spirit of fellowship and good will that prevails.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
In recent years, Lyster Lutheran Church put together a scholarship program to help individuals of the congregation with a secondary education. Certain qualifications and guidelines have been set up for this scholarship, and it has been awarded to several youth throughout the years. In the last years, the scholarship program has also been revised to include adults who wish to further their education.
